Interior Design Support: Erasca SD

This project involved 61,647 SQFT of interior improvements across portions of the first, second, and third floors of a newly constructed building in Torrey Pines. Intersect partnered with Erasca in a design-support and advisory capacity, working alongside the project manager and architect to help shape the overall vision for the space.

Intersect’s role focused on supporting the project manager through design coordination, finish alignment, and constructability review, ensuring the proposed design intent aligned with Erasca’s operational goals, budget, and schedule. This collaborative effort helped translate Erasca’s values into a cohesive, functional workplace while maintaining clear ownership of construction and tenant improvement execution by the core project team.
