• Oversee and review signage design and specs provided by architect through all phases
• ALT: work directly with signage vendor on design and specs

• Oversee and review furniture design and specs specified by architect through all phases
• ALT: work directly with furniture vendor on design and specs
• Furniture staging coordination

Construction Administration

• Shop drawing review: casework /convenience power, ceiling /lighting (pendant heights/RCP), wall covering/feature wall(s), plumbing fixture, and accessory review.

Project Photography

• Develop photo shoot opportunity plans
• Coordinate with photographer (proposals, schedule, and support day of)
• Furniture & accessory staging coordination
