This project features approximately 75,000 SQ FT of sophisticated tenant improvements, transforming a warm shell, 2-story building with a basement into a cutting-edge Research & Development lab and office space. The comprehensive reskin and gut renovation revitalized the structure, bringing new life to both the interior and exterior.

With multiple stories and a strategically designed garage parking structure, the space is engineered to accommodate both functionality and innovation. Every detail of this transformation was carefully curated to create an environment where research and development thrive, while providing a modern, efficient workspace for the future of scientific discovery.
