This new life science development consists of 1 existing building and 2 ground-up lab/office buildings, 1 new parking garage, F&B amenity, and fitness amenity.

Existing building will be reskinned and converted from office to lab/office. Site improvements include outdoor entertainment, collaboration areas, and sports courts. The interiors will consist of R&D laboratories, vivarium, and office space. Design is ongoing so be sure to check back for more updates.
