Provided management and oversight of 32 construction projects that had to be executed within a 2-week window, supporting product transition to manufacture the drug Avastin. Through 6-months of planning the leadership team developed scopes of work, tasks definition and duration, and risk assessment. Working closely with up to six PM and contractor teams, as well as numerous internal departments, like Maintenance, QC, Validation, Upstream, Downstream, etc., the successful execution of this effort was fully dependent upon the in-depth pre-planning. This project was honored as the ISPE/Interphex as 2007 Facility of the Year Winner for Project Execution.
