Repositioning: Parmer

In preparation for future occupancy, this project upgrades the electrical infrastructure of an existing building to support tenants with high-power demands while addressing the growing need for electric vehicle charging. The scope includes enhancements to utility service and overall electrical capacity, ensuring flexibility for power-intensive uses and long-term operational needs, along with the integration of EV charging infrastructure.
