PROJECT DETAILS

Intersect led the Substantial Conformance Review to enforce a previously entitled 2.67M GSF density addition on this 38-acre campus, overseeing the ground-up development that includes two state-of-the-art medical research buildings, a 1,727-stall parking garage, several retail shells, a padel club and sports complex, the design of a 50,000 SQFT fitness center, and much more still to come.

Included in this redevelopment is a multi-phased road widening effort, the addition of bike lanes on and off campus, new traffic signals, the tie-in of landscaping, and site lighting and security system improvements.
