This ground-up amenity building creates a premier destination for one of the fastest-growing sports in the world.

The project features a Padel clubhouse with retail space, private locker rooms, and space for a future restaurant. The centerpiece of the development is eight world class panoramic Padel courts, including two tournament courts and six practice courts.

A central courtyard, highlighted by a signature dragon shade structure, serves as an inviting gathering space seamlessly connecting the clubhouse to the competition courts.
