This 247,800 SQ FT ground-up research and development building is set to redefine innovation and sustainability. Rising five stories high with a basement level, it will house cutting-edge shared lab spaces and exclusive private amenities, tailored to foster collaboration and discovery. The building’s exterior features state-of-the-art electrochromic glass that adjusts tinting to optimize energy efficiency throughout the year, blending aesthetic beauty with environmental responsibility.
Supported by an adjacent expanded central utilities plant, this development also offers convenient parking in the nearby PN1 garage, featuring over 1,700 spots, including EV charging stations. The project began with the demolition of a legacy structure, making way for a new landmark that aligns with ARE’s sustainability goals, aiming for LEED Gold Certification.
