SD Tech Center by Alexandria – Building C

This 247,800 SQ FT ground up development research and development building will be 5 levels high with one basement level, , with a shared lab and planned private amenities space.

The building features a full tinting electrochromic glass exterior, optimizing the energy consumption in the building all year round. The project began with the demolition of a legacy one-story building.

This building will be supported by the recently expanded central utilizes plant adjacent to Building E. Parking will be provided immediately to the south of Building C in the PN1 garage with 1700+ parking spots including EV charging. The building will be part of ARE’s sustainability goals for a positive environmental impact with LEED Gold Certification.
