This project transforms 41,501 SQ FT of an existing building through an extensive shell and interior tenant improvement overhaul. The exterior now features a striking two-story curtain wall system, adding a modern architectural element, along with a newly installed elevator and meticulously designed site work.

Inside, the lobby has been revitalized with a new staircase and an impressive level deck in-fill, crowned by a local artist’s mural inspired by the intricate timeline of scientific discoveries. The space now includes modern huddle rooms, easily accessible to all tenants, and brand-new restrooms to enhance functionality and comfort. This multi-story renovation blends artistry with innovation, breathing new life into the building through its thoughtful design, reskinning, and gutting, while harmonizing with the surrounding landscape for a seamless finish.
