St. Joseph’s Heritage Medical Group

This project involved a complete building shell remodel and tenant improvements for a three-story medical facility. The comprehensive scope included a full upgrade to the building’s shell, featuring a brand-new roof, state-of-the-art HVAC systems, and a modernized lobby to enhance the entrance experience.

The tenant improvements (TIs) focused on creating a functional and welcoming environment for the medical group. This included the construction of cutting-edge exam rooms, spacious waiting areas, advanced X-ray rooms, and fully equipped laboratories designed to support medical innovation and high-quality patient care.

This remodel ensures both the exterior structure and interior spaces are optimized for safety, comfort, and operational efficiency.
