Bringing Vision to Life: Laboratory and Office Transformation
At Intersect Management, every project is an opportunity to create something extraordinary. When tasked with transforming 10075 Barnes Canyon Road into a cutting-edge facility, we delivered more than functional spaces—we created environments that inspire innovation and collaboration.
On the second floor, we designed and built four turnkey speculative lab/office suites, blending high-end lighting, elegant design features, and fully integrated lab casework to meet the needs of today’s innovators. Below, the shared basement space was optimized with glasswash and autoclave rooms, a supply warehouse, tenant storage, and hazardous material storage, supporting efficiency and functionality.
Throughout the process, we worked closely with Gensler and DPR Construction to ensure a seamless journey from concept to completion. With thoughtfully integrated infrastructure and interior design, we balanced sophistication with practicality to future-proof the space.
