Partnering with the Owner’s Representative, Intersect led the execution of the landlord’s scope of work while managing the high-stakes tenant improvements. In a remarkable feat, the project was fast-tracked and brought to completion in just 10 months. Highlights include a 50,000 SQ FT humidity-controlled dry room, a sprawling 48,000 SQ FT mechanical equipment platform, and the installation of powerful 2-megawatt generators. This multi-story, single-tenant masterpiece underwent extensive demolition and renovation, earning acclaim with its award-winning design and engineering.
