Interior Design Support: Spectrum 3

This ground-up construction features a three-story lobby atrium with lounge furnishings designed to support events and collaboration. To provide options for more private settings, the building includes two common conference rooms shared among the four tenants.

The corridors feature a custom mural by local artist Betty Larkin, inspired by San Diego oceanography maps. Stepping outdoors, the landscape was designed to accommodate food trucks at an open lawn area where tenants can enjoy lunch under the San Diego sun.
