Inception Sciences: Corporate Relocation & Remodel

This 30,000 SF tilt-up building was transformed into the new home for Inception Sciences through a two-phase project—one for the core and shell, and the other for a turnkey tenant improvement designed specifically for their needs.

The core and shell renovation included modernizing the exterior with new perimeter glazing, striking ipe wood treatments at key areas, all new landscaping, a completely new roof, and custom interior stairs to support newly added mezzanine levels.

For the tenant improvements, the focus was on creating state-of-the-art biology and chemistry labs, a cutting-edge vivarium, as well as open office and meeting spaces. A welcoming break area was also added, fostering collaboration and innovation in a thoughtfully designed environment.
