What began as a 145,000 SF project quickly evolved into a sprawling 298,000 SF space after schematic design, transforming into an impressive 5-story structure with two levels of underground parking. A 4-story high bay warehouse wing, complete with covered shipping and receiving docks, seamlessly connects with a manufacturing and office tower wing.

The building’s exterior features a sleek linear curtain wall, skillfully blending punched openings and stone to complement the surrounding campus architecture. DGA and DPR led the core and shell development, while Ewing Cole and BN Builders brought the tenant improvements to life.

The tenant improvements were intricately designed to support advanced laboratories, manufacturing, cold storage, and expansive high bay warehouse spaces, creating a dynamic facility tailored for innovation and productivity.
