This project involves a comprehensive tenant improvement (TI) of a 6,600-square-foot medical office, including the development of a state-of-the-art outpatient surgical suite with four operatories.

The remodel also encompasses the reception and waiting areas, exam rooms, outpatient operatories (OSHPD3), and a fully equipped recovery area. Additionally, the project includes the installation of a generator and the acquisition of necessary SCAQMD permits, ensuring compliance with air quality standards and delivering a modern, efficient medical facility designed to enhance both patient care and operational functionality.
