Explora Biolabs East Jamie Court tenant improvement project is a 4,500 square foot build in an existing building located in South San Francisco, CA.

This Explora buildout is on the second floor of an existing facility. The previous tenant used this facility for a vivarium, but the interiors have not been refreshed in over a decade. Intersect helped evaluate inefficiencies and integrated some features that would remain.

There is a total of 7 holding rooms, 4 procedure rooms, 2 lab support rooms that include a procedure prep room, and glass wash & autoclave room. The CORE group was the General Contractor and DGA was the Architect.
