This project involves interior tenant improvements on the first floor of an existing five-story building designed for specialized holding, procedure, and support spaces. The scope includes the installation of new partitions, doors, ceilings, finishes, casework, lighting, and associated electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work.

The space features a vivarium with dedicated holding and procedure rooms, administrative office areas with conference rooms, and a material receiving area. Located in South San Francisco, the project is overseen with a focus on tenant improvement, ensuring the space meets all operational and functional needs.
