Explora Biolabs – Sycamore Creek

Sycamore Creek, a 4,861 SF acquisition by Longfellow, came with an outdated vivarium space that caught the interest of Explora.

With a $1.6 million budget, the project focused on a complete vivarium refresh.

In parallel with lease negotiations, we collaborated with McFarlane and JB Pacific to streamline design and permitting, fast-tracking construction. The renovation included refurbishing all flooring, applying new epoxy-painted walls and ceilings, upgrading lighting, and installing reheat coils to stabilize temperature fluctuations.

Additionally, a new office and break area were created, modernizing the space to meet Explora’s operational needs.
