Intersect Management is proud to assist Dr. Seuss in the transition to their new 8,418 RSF office space in San Diego, serving as their dedicated tenant representative throughout the construction process.
In this project, Intersect managed the coordination and oversight of third-party vendors, ensuring that all contracted services align with Dr. Seuss’ requirements and expectations. From overseeing the build-out to managing vendor relationships, Intersect acted as the key liaison between Dr. Seuss and the various project entities, ensuring smooth communication and timely project completion.
Our team was focused on minimizing disruptions and optimizing the efficiency of the construction phase, allowing Dr. Seuss to focus on their core operations while we handled the complexities of the build and move. By leveraging our experience in tenant representation, we ensured that Dr. Seuss’ new office met their vision, schedule, and budgetary expectations.
