Intersect Management is proud to assist Dr. Seuss in their transition to an 8,418 RSF office space in San Diego. As their tenant representative, we are managing all aspects of the construction process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
Our responsibilities include coordinating and overseeing third-party vendors, ensuring that all services align with Dr. Seuss’ vision and requirements. From managing the build-out to maintaining strong vendor relationships, we act as the central liaison to ensure clear communication and timely project completion.
