This 60,000+ SF, two-story building, owned by Alexandria and leased by Cue Health, underwent a comprehensive renovation to support the manufacturing of COVID-19 test kits.

The scope of work included new walls, doors, ceilings, casework, and finishes, along with numerous site improvements to optimize the facility for large-scale production.

This tenant improvement transformed the space into a cutting-edge COVID-19 test kit manufacturing hub, meeting both industry demands and Cue Health’s operational requirements.
