This 11,250 SQ FT Charles River Laboratories tenant improvement project is located in Torrey Pines, San Diego.

This facility is perfectly placed in a life science hot zone, with a large amount of life science companies just minutes away. This facility will be able to tap into the surrounding clientele to support their in-vivo study needs.

The project is part of a much larger campus build, and is scheduled to complete Q3-2025.

DPR Construction is the general contractor on this project and the campus. Accompanying DPR on the design side, the architect on the project is Smith Group.
