PROJECT DETAILS
This partial demolition and shell repositioning project was initiated to meet the needs of an existing tenant, enhance campus-wide retail amenities, and create a seamless connection to the courtyard’s PN1 amenities. The partial demolition phase began in January 2022, paving the way for the construction of three distinct retail amenity suites, built to a shell condition with maximum flexibility for various future uses.
A standout feature of this project is the all-glass façade, accentuated by a unique sawtooth composite lumber canopy structure, providing a striking architectural statement. New services, including grease traps, gas, and power, were introduced to the building specifically to support its future retail functions. The main electrical room and MPOE were also relocated to accommodate these new features and ensure efficient utility distribution.
The architectural vision for this project was a collaboration between DGA and Gensler, while DPR served as the general contractor, ensuring precision in every aspect of construction. With a focus on adaptability and future growth, this project delivered three retail-ready suites and enhanced the campus’s overall connectivity and experience.
