4242 Campus Point: Spec Suite

The vision for this project focused on transforming the 6th-floor Spec Suite within an existing office and lab facility into a sleek, modern space that seamlessly blends functionality and style. The project included selective demolition of finishes, non-bearing partitions, ceilings, light fixtures, mechanical units, and the roof deck. The new scope introduced stunning interior finishes, custom casework, and strategic modifications to the HVAC system to support the expanded lab space, as well as a revamped roof deck.

Beyond the technical upgrades, the project incorporated thoughtful touches like landscape design, curated interior furnishings, art coordination, and refined interior design that elevated the environment. With striking building signage and precise attention to tenant improvements, this renovation turned the space into a showcase of innovation, where aesthetics meet cutting-edge laboratory efficiency.
