This 500,000+ SQ FT life science development consists of new and existing construction including the adaptive reuse of a Sam’s Club.

Included in the site are 2 ground-up 4 story lab/office buildings, an existing single-story lab/office building, a new parking garage, and multiple small amenity buildings. Site improvements include outdoor entertainment, collaboration areas, and sports courts.
