1280 Rancho Conejo Lab & Office Improvements

This 34,000 SF single-story tilt-up building, now home to Atara Biotherapeutics, features five distinct lab-office suites, each designed to support cutting-edge research and development.

The project scope included the installation of new non-bearing partitions, upgraded HVAC systems, plumbing, and an enhanced electrical service with emergency power. Custom lighting was added to accommodate the needs of research labs, office spaces, and pilot-scale manufacturing operations.

Additional site improvements were made to the building’s exterior, including new sidewalks, ramps, and equipment pads, ensuring a modern and functional space both inside and out.
