Intersect supported Alexandria Real Estate (ARE) in managing a comprehensive post-COVID office re-occupancy survey. In collaboration with Gensler, the survey was distributed to ARE employees to assess their evolving office needs in the new work environment. Upon receiving the results, Intersect worked closely with the team to develop and refine test fits aligned with the survey findings, ensuring the new office spaces were optimized for flexibility, safety, and functionality.
