Intersect oversaw the seamless spec suite conversion of lab office space, tailored to meet the specific needs of DTx Pharma. This newly designed space serves as an expansion for chemistry, biology, and executive leadership operations, delivering a functional and dynamic environment.

The project, completed within an impressive 6-month timeline from initiation to move-in, exemplified efficiency and precision. Intersect’s streamlined design efforts led to early buy-outs of critical, high-risk equipment and materials such as lab casework, hoods, and HVAC systems, ensuring smooth construction with minimal disruptions.

Collaborating with McFarlane Architects and a skilled MEP design-build team, including JB Pacific, Apex, and Summit Electric, this partnership resulted in a highly successful outcome. The 22,687 SF of office, conferencing, biology, and chemistry space was completed with expert low voltage and FF&E coordination, embodying a tenant-focused approach from LOI/lease assistance through tenant improvements.
