10075 Barnes Canyon: L4 Spec TI

PROJECT DETAILS
In a time when most developers are either entirely reluctant to build spec or if they do, they cut corners in obvious ways, Intersect continues to deliver high-end speculative lab and office space with consideration toward optimal functionality, collaboration, and high-end finishes that set the spaces apart from others.
After completing a 4-suite configuration on level 2 of this building, level 4 features 2-suites at roughly 20,000 SF each. The labs are built out with 95% of the lab casework and infrastructure in place to complete that void with a casework plan or additional fume hoods.
Fume hoods exist today for either a biology or chemistry function and lab support rooms are in abundance to assume tissue culture, equipment rooms (a la mass specs), microscopy, or other functions. Partial height glass walls separate the labs from the offices. The offices are fully functional with high-end offices, conference rooms, breakrooms, and open office areas. The success of this project was yet another strong collaboration with McFarlane Architects and DPR Construction.
