This new life science development consists of 4 ground-up lab/office buildings, 2 new parking garages, F&B amenity, and fitness amenity. Site improvements include outdoor entertainment, collaboration areas, and sports courts. The interiors will consist of R&D laboratories, vivarium, and office space.
