The tenant improvement project included the installation of new wall partitions, ceilings, finishes, and associated plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Agragene will use this space to grow beneficial insects that play a vital role in keeping pesticides off crops, supporting sustainable agricultural practices. This lab and office renovation provides the company with the infrastructure needed for their innovative work in pest management.
