Sycamore Creek – Vivarium Refresh

Sycamore Creek is a relatively new acquisition by Longfellow, and with it, they inherited an old, outdated vivarium space that raised the interest of Explora.

In parallel with lease negotiations, we worked with McFarlane and JB Pacific to streamline design and permitting to advance construction as quickly as possible. The renovation of this space included the refurbishing of all flooring, new epoxy painted walls and ceilings, new lighting, and the addition of new reheat coils to stabilize temperature swings, and a new office and break area for Explora personnel.
