Spectrum 3: Solar PPA Oversight

This solar program project which consisted of 747 Boviet Solar modules within a 17,000 panel sqft area for a total system size of 332.4KWSTC.

The panels were installed on the roof of a fully occupied building requiring meticulous coordination with the top floor tenant to minimize disruptions to their business activities. In addition, a full building shutdown was required for panel tie-in. Intersect assisted in coordination with multiple life science tenants and an active vivarium.

This solar panel program aims to align with our clients’ environmental and sustainability goals, reducing the building’s carbon footprint and reliance on traditional energy sources. Once complete the solar program will lower the building cost by roughly 50%.
