Salk Institute for Biological Studies: Central Plant Upgrades

As the investor representative supporting the Salk Board of Directors, it was important that financial reporting was completed on a monthly basis in order to validate the proper spending on the project.

This $22M project was funded via a bond in which it required monthly reports to be developed from attending weekly Owner, Architect, and Contractor (OAC) meetings, weekly job walks, detailed pay app reviews and continued change order status reviews.
