This 10,000 SQ FT building went through multiple facility improvements that included expansion of their Nanoparticle Formulation Lab and General Lab, installation of additional benchtop space and increased the utility connections within the labs, improvement of the cooling and exhaust within the building, and the renovation of their office space to provide additional meeting rooms and private working spaces.

Additional emergency generator power was provided to the building with the interior installation of a natural gas generator accompanied with a hard direct exhaust connection.

The interiors are made up of four tenant suites that include office and laboratory space.
