PROJECT DETAILS
This new life science campus is a ground-up development designed to support advanced research, collaboration, and daily use. The project includes four lab and office buildings, two multi-level parking structures, and on-site amenities such as food and beverage, a fitness center, and outdoor spaces for gathering and recreation, including sports courts. Interior programs will support R&D laboratories, vivarium space, and high-performance office environments. Design is currently underway, with additional updates to follow as the campus takes shape.
Project scope includes ground-up development, tenant improvements, reskin and gut renovations, selective demolition, multi-story construction, parking structures, vivarium facilities, critical utility shutdowns, multi-project scheduling, LEED and landscape coordination, central plant systems, spec suites, low-voltage and telecommunications systems, manufacturing and laboratory environments, security and infrastructure, existing conditions assessments, permitting and entitlements, design-build delivery, core and shell, MEP systems, interior finishes, food service and restaurant amenities, art coordination, interior design, FF&E, accessories, and building signage.
