This 118,225 SQ FT building built in the early 80’s was gutted and completely reskinned with a high efficiency glazing and glare restricting fin system.

The project included a refurbishment of existing central plant equipment, with a new central plant built, all new hardscapes and landscaping. Interior improvements of the core & shell included the addition of a large outdoor atrium space, new entry lobby, and multi-purpose conference space.

Mirati Therapeutics has leased the entire building, which led to oversight of lab/office tenant improvements.
