Alivamab

This 27,000 SQFT, single story, concrete tilt up building is going to be a brand new facility for AlivaMab Discovery Services.

The space consists of an impressive 70/30 lab office split with a second level mezzanine. The TI project, designed by Delawie, included a full interior demo, state of the art lab space, and second lab office space fit for a growing life science subtenant.

Intersect’s role has been direct client representation from lease sign off to move in day. Coordination between Owner, Architect, and the Contractor, Burger Construction. During that project Intersect has provided budget tracking updates, schedule reviews, and vendor coordination.
