Alivamab

This 27,000 SQFT, single-story, concrete tilt-up building will be a brand-new facility for AlivaMab Discovery Services.

The space consists of an impressive 70/30 lab office split with a second-level mezzanine. The TI project, designed by Delawie, included a full interior demo, state-of-the-art lab space, and a second lab office space fit for a growing life science subtenant.

Intersect’s role has been direct client representation from lease sign-off to move-in day. Coordination between Owner, Architect, and the Contractor, Burger Construction. During that project, Intersect has provided budget tracking updates, schedule reviews, and vendor coordination.
