This three-story 105,000 SF life science building sits on top of a level of below-grade parking. The third floor is leased by RayzeBio, and the first and second floors are leased by Artiva. The scope includes demolition of the building envelope, new curtain wall envelope, a large 3-story atrium, extensive site work, extensive MEP upgrades, and 3 full floor lab/office TIs. A DPR job, McFarlane & Associates is the Architect of Record, with Gensler doing the interior design. Targeting a total project completion by June of 2022!
