PROJECT DETAILS

This three story, 105,000 SQ FT multi-tenant life science building is the home to Artiva on the first and second floor, and RayzeBio on the third floor, with shared parking in a below grade parking lot.

The scope of this project included demolition of the two existing building envelopes, new curtain wall envelope to conjoin the two existing buildings into one, a large 3-story atrium, extensive site work, extensive MEP upgrades, and 3 full floors of lab/office TI’s.

This beautiful project was completed with the help of DPR as the General Contractor, and the combination of McFarlane & Associates as the site Architect, with Gensler doing the interior design.
