This striking, three-story, 105,000 SF life science building serves as the home to Artiva on the first and second floors, and RayzeBio on the third. A shared below-grade parking lot ensures convenient access for tenants and visitors alike.

The project involved an ambitious transformation—demolishing two existing building envelopes and uniting them with a sleek new curtain wall that created a single, cohesive structure. A stunning 3-story atrium became the focal point, complemented by extensive site work, modernized MEP systems, and three full floors of state-of-the-art lab and office tenant improvements.

This impressive undertaking was brought to life by the expert collaboration of DPR as General Contractor, McFarlane & Associates as the Site Architect, and Gensler leading the interior design. The result is a beautifully designed facility that seamlessly blends functionality and innovation for its life science tenants.
