Building Signage

• Develop opportunity plans for signs, code required and other
• Coordination and management of signage through all phases of design (one-page budget, concept design, proposals, schedule, and CA review)
• Oversee and review signage design and specs provided by architect through all phases
  • ALT: work directly with signage vendor on design and specs

FF&E & Accessories

• Coordination and management of furniture in project through all phases of design (one page budget, proposals, schedule, and AV/power review)
• Oversee and review furniture design and specs specified by architect through all phases
  • ALT: work directly with furniture vendor on design and specs
• Furniture staging coordination

Art

• Develop opportunity plans
• Oversight, coordination, and management of art through all phases (one-page budget, proposals, concept design review, and schedule)

Construction Administration

• Shop drawing review: casework /convenience power, ceiling /lighting (pendant heights/RCP), wall covering/feature wall(s), plumbing fixture, and accessory review.

Project Photography

• Develop photo shoot opportunity plans
• Coordinate with photographer (proposals, schedule, and support day of)
• Furniture & accessory staging coordination
